Services Offered
We provide professional painting services. Our services include but are not limited to painting, consultation, surface preparation, paint application, and minor repairs.
Estimates And Quotes
We offer free estimates for all projects. Our estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may change after an on-site assessment. The final quote will be provided before work begins. Any changes in scope may result in adjustments to the quote.
Booking And Payment
To secure our services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 971-407-0465. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Customer Responsibilities
It's important that the customer ensures access to the property, provides clear instructions, and communicates any specific requirements.
Liability
While we take all necessary precautions to protect your property during the painting process, we are not liable for any damage to belongings, plants, or structures that are not directly related to our work.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2 to 4 messages weekly (may vary based on the ongoing projects you have with us). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Governing Law
These terms of service and any disputes are governed by the laws of Oregon.
